Stock Show Photography + Video

Your exhibitors worked all year for these few minutes in the ring. Let’s make sure they’re documented like they matter.

Professional livestock show photography and video coverage for FFA chapters, 4-H programs, county shows, jackpots, fairs and agricultural organizations across Central Texas. From the first animal entering the ring to the judge’s final evaluation, DCPH documents the action, people and moments that tell the full story of your show—in photographs and motion.

Coverage Built Around Your Show

No two livestock shows run exactly the same, so your photography coverage shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.

Depending on your show schedule, coverage may include:

RING COVERAGE

Classes, exhibitors, livestock, showmanship and judge interaction.

CHAMPIONS + AWARDS

Champion moments, banners, buckles, awards and scheduled winner photographs.

THE STORY BETWEEN CLASSES

Fitting, preparation, families, advisors, volunteers and the candid moments happening outside the ring.

YOUR ORGANIZATION

The people, details and atmosphere that tell the story of the chapter, association or organization behind the event.

MARKETING + SOCIAL CONTENT

A curated collection of professional images your organization can use for its website, social media, press, fundraising and future event promotion.

PHOTO + VIDEO COVERAGE

Video coverage can be added to your show to document the movement, sound and atmosphere that photographs alone can't preserve—from exhibitors walking into the ring and livestock being shown to judge evaluations, champion selections, awards and the moments happening around the arena. Depending on your event and coverage needs, video may include:

  • Livestock entering and working in the ring
  • Exhibitors actively showing
  • Judge evaluations and commentary
  • Champion and award moments
  • Behind-the-scenes footage
  • Short-form vertical clips for social media
  • Edited show highlight reels

Video coverage is customized around your show schedule and can be added to select photography coverage packages. Video add-ons begin at $250.

One photographer provides coverage in one active location at a time. Shows with simultaneous rings, continuous backdrop coverage or multiple photography locations may require an additional photographer.

For FFA Chapters + School Programs

Hosting a chapter show, prospect show, livestock event or agricultural program? Professional photography gives your chapter more than pictures for parents. It gives you a growing library of professional imagery that can support: Recruitment. Community outreach. Chapter social media. Sponsor recognition. Banquets. Award programs. School publications. Future event promotion. And most importantly, it documents the students behind the program.

Diamond Cowgirl Photography works directly with advisors and event organizers before the show to understand the schedule, priorities and photographs your program needs most.

FAQ

How much does livestock show photography cost?

Professional show coverage begins at $400 for up to four hours. Most one-day shows invest $400–$950. Multi-day events, multiple rings and custom delivery structures are quoted individually.

Can exhibitors purchase their own photos?

Yes. Optional exhibitor purchasing allows families to browse the show's online gallery and purchase their favorite photographs directly without the organization handling orders.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Absolutely. Complimentary exhibitor downloads can be incorporated into show-funded or sponsor-funded coverage. I'll create a custom quote based on the size and structure of your event.

Do you photograph more than the show ring?

Yes. My goal is to document the complete story of the event—not just placings. Depending on your coverage plan, that can include ring action, barns, exhibitors preparing animals, awards, volunteers, judges, sponsors, families and candid moments throughout the day.

Can sponsors pay for photography coverage?

Yes. Sponsor-funded photography can be structured so a business or group of sponsors covers the photography investment while exhibitors receive complimentary access to their images.

Do you travel for livestock shows?

Yes. I'm based in Central Texas and available for livestock shows throughout Texas. Travel requirements are included in your custom quote when applicable.

Every livestock show runs a little differently. Send over the details of your event, what you’d like documented, and what coverage looks like for your organization.
