I accept a limited number of expecting families each month because babies rarely follow a calendar. Reserving early allows me to keep flexibility around your arrival window instead of filling every date with fixed sessions.

Yes. You are still welcome to inquire after your baby is born, and I will always do my best to accommodate your family.

However, availability may be more limited because I reserve flexible newborn openings in advance for families already on my calendar. Booking before delivery also gives us time to discuss your vision, wardrobe, home or studio setting, siblings, and any meaningful details you would like documented. That way, once your baby arrives, you can focus on recovering and settling in rather than planning a session from the beginning.

Your due date is used as a planning point rather than a fixed appointment. I reserve availability around your estimated delivery window, and once your baby arrives, you simply contact me when you feel ready. We will choose the final session date based on your baby’s arrival, your recovery, and how your family is adjusting. Absolutely. Siblings are an important part of your baby’s story and are welcome in maternity, newborn, milestone, and first-birthday sessions.

I plan sibling photographs with their age, temperament, and attention span in mind. We may begin with the most important family and sibling combinations while everyone is fresh, then allow older children to take breaks as needed. I do not expect young children to sit perfectly or perform for the camera. My approach is patient, movement-based, and focused on genuine connection.

Yes. Grandparents may be included when their presence is meaningful to your family.

For newborn and milestone sessions, I recommend letting me know in advance so I can build the session flow around the additional family combinations without making the experience feel crowded or rushed. Depending on the number of participants, the location, or the amount of extended-family coverage requested, additional time or an extended-family upgrade may be recommended.

The goal is to include them thoughtfully while keeping your baby and immediate family at the heart of the gallery.

Yes. Payment plans are available for both the Bump to Baby and First Year Collections. A nonrefundable retainer secures your place on my calendar, and the remaining investment may be divided into scheduled payments. Because these collections take place over several months, many families choose to spread their payments throughout the experience rather than paying the full balance at once.

Your exact payment schedule will be outlined clearly before booking, so you will always know what is due and when. There are no surprise payments added later.

No. You do not need to choose every session date when you book. We will plan each chapter at the appropriate time. Your maternity session is typically scheduled first. Your newborn date is finalized after your baby arrives, and milestone sessions are selected later based on your baby’s development and your family’s schedule.

I will keep track of your collection and reach out as each milestone approaches, so you are not responsible for remembering to plan everything during an already busy year.

Each completed gallery remains available online for at least 12 months from its delivery date, giving you plenty of time to download your images, share them with loved ones, and order professional prints or artwork.

Even with extended access, I strongly recommend downloading and backing up your full gallery as soon as it is delivered. Digital galleries are designed for convenient access, but they should not be your family’s only copy of these photographs. Saving them in at least two separate places helps protect your memories for years to come.
