On show day, you'll confirm your class number, species, breed and ring, allowing me to locate your exhibitor and make reasonable efforts to follow their time in the show.

Register during the show and receive all final edited photographs where your registered exhibitor is the primary subject from the applicable remaining DCPH coverage.



Important: Coverage cannot be retroactively created. Purchasing after your exhibitor has already shown does not guarantee photographs from moments that occurred before registration.

How The All-In Pass Works

 

01 — Reserve before show day

 

Purchase your All-In Exhibitor Pass for $75 before the presale closes.

 

 

02 — Tell me who I'm looking for

 

You'll provide your exhibitor's name, species, breed and basic show information when registering. Once classes are finalized, confirm your exhibitor's class number, species, breed and ring so I know where to find them.

 

 

03 — I'll look for your exhibitor

 

Registered All-In exhibitors are added to my show-day coverage roster so I can make reasonable efforts to identify and photograph them throughout applicable portions of the show.

 

 

04 — Receive the full collection

 

You'll receive all final edited photographs where your registered exhibitor is the primary subject from DCPH's coverage.

 

Purchasing individual images or a 5-image collection after the show does not register an exhibitor for intentional identification during coverage. If you want your exhibitor added to DCPH's show-day coverage roster, reserve an All-In Exhibitor Pass before the show.

FAQ

 

Does the All-In Pass guarantee a certain number of photos?

No. Every class and show moves differently, so a specific image count isn't guaranteed. Your pass includes all final edited photographs where your registered exhibitor is the primary subject captured during DCPH's coverage.

What if my class or ring changes?

Send the updated information as soon as possible. Accurate show-day information is important for locating registered exhibitors.

Does one pass cover multiple siblings?

No. The All-In Pass registers one exhibitor. Each exhibitor who needs dedicated identification/coverage should have their own pass.

What if my exhibitor shows multiple animals?

Your All-In Exhibitor Pass follows the exhibitor, not the animal. One pass covers the registered exhibitor across all animals they show during Diamond Cowgirl Photography’s contracted coverage of the event. Your pass includes all final edited photographs in which the registered exhibitor is the primary subject, regardless of how many animals they bring through the ring.
